Emily Parish: London, United Kingdom; Hello! My name is Emily and I love anything to do with music, it is, and always will be, my passion. Along with this, I also have a keen interest in film and photography. I have studied Music for as long as I can remember, resulting in qualifications such as a BTEC (Triple Distinctions) in Music Technology and a 2:1 Bachelors degree in Audio and Recording Technology. I have also studied music on a performance level and gained up to Grade 3 in piano theory and practice. On top of this, I play the drums, guitar and love to sing! I am a music journalist and enjoy discovering new music as well as going to see live gigs. I have recently created a record label of my own, discovering new talent, creating albums and accompanying music videos. My experience also includes working in live music venues, and record stores, as I love to keep up to date with the industry and be surrounded by music as much as possible. This website is to document my 'Music Industry Journey' from education to career. It will also act as a constantly updated and interactive CV.
